FWCS Continuing Education Adult High School Equivalency classes are available online and instructor led.

HSE classes are offered daily at multiple sites. Classes are free! Testing fees for HSE/HISET are $115 (cash only.) Individual subject testing for HISET is $23 (cash only.) Textbook fees (refundable) vary by course.

Need to complete your High School Credits?

  • FWCS Students: You must obtain a Continuing Education Enrollment Referral Form from your high school guidance office, with a listing of specific classes required (transcripts.)
  • Non-FWCS Students:  You must provide our office with your Official Academic High School Transcript.
  • High School Credit Classes:  $20 per class 

Career and Technical Education Classes for Adults

FWCS Adult and Continuing Education Program offers high value technical certification classes for eligible students in the Adult Education program.

Students can obtain their diploma and begin classes to develop their skills in a technical certification program.

Neighborhood Connection Classes

Register for in person classes.

To register for in person classes please mail in your registration form or drop it off at the Neighborhood Connection office. We are located in the Anthis building, 1200 S Barr St, in office 120. If you need a paper registration then please click here. Spring 2023 brochure

FAQ Neighborhood Connection

Our SPRING brochures will be mailed out to 9 zip codes, if you do not receive a brochure in your mailbox, you may pick one up at Bill C. Anthis Center, 1200 S. Barr Street or any public library branch. You may view the electronic brochure on this webpage. Please feel free to contact our office at 467-1064. We highly recommend not waiting until the last minute to register for any class due to classes filling quickly. All classes have a deadline for signup.

No. Anyone from anywhere may take a Neighborhood Connection, no extra charge.
Children may not attend an adult class.
Yes! Take $5 off any class fee.
You will be e-mailed a confirmation receipt which will include all class information including the classroom assignment and supply list if required. Please print this receipt and save it for your records, you will not receive a receipt via US Mail.
On the Neighborhood Connection web page click on Online Classes. From there you can browse all the online classes our program offers. Don’t be afraid to search for course information, you will not be registered for a course until you enter your payment method. You must use online registration for all online classes.
